Bluebeard's wife has knocked on my door

Bluebeard's wife has arrived a little earlier than I initially thought. With long floral limbs and what looks like the beginnings of a blue beard. You'll find her here, alongside several new thelma's felt pins.

Needles and pins, more sewing

Inspired by those powdery hues seen recently in Sofia Coppola's Marie Antoinette, two new felt pins to wear. (Find them here and here and here).

Inspired by the approaching Easter period, two yellow felt chickens to wear when not in the mood for pastel flowers.

And created just for the fun of it, meet Pearl Panda, with bamboo shoots in her pocket and of course, more colourful felt flowers. Next week I plan to create Bluebeard's wife as a fabric and felt stuffie. With some hammer & daisy offcuts, her limbs will be blue and her tummy stipey. Expect flowers around her ears too.

Meet Rosa Pinkie

I have decided to make a little stuffie a week, so when I am not with brush in hand you'll find me sewing small flowers onto stuffed creations in my studio in the back garden.

Please meet Rosa Pinkie with her small ladybird companion tucked safely in her pocket. You'll find her here, along with several other felt delights.
