Inspiring links recently found

Georgina by Gina Thorstensen.

Loddenland - the puppets of Gina Thorstensen (Barcelona).

Little Red Ridinghood by Jo James.

The Cart Before The Horse - the work of Jo James (USA).

There seems to be no shortage of good stuff made.

Rabbits and Eggs

1, 2, 3, 4, 5 little rabbits in a row.

Easter has been and gone. Here are five rabbits I whipped up pre Easter especially for Craft Victoria. Each long-eared rabbit came with a small felt egg on ribbon.

I hope they found good homes.

I have been busily painting in the studio and will have more to show you very soon. More rabbits, more stuffed ones and more inspiring crafty links.

New stuffies are here

Two new rabbit stuffies made in time for Easter. Photographed upstairs at Imp with books from downstairs.

Please meet Long-eared Eleanor, a Thelma’s one of a kind felt and fabric stuffie, lovingly handmade especially for hammer & daisy. A rabbit with bags of personality, she would greatly love to find a new cosy den to call her very own. Find her here.

Please meet Ruby round nose, a Thelma’s one of a kind felt and fabric stuffie, handmade especially for hammer & daisy. A rabbit full of charm, she would greatly love to find a new cosy place to live. Find her here.

All things sewn.

More rabbits and stuffies to come. Soon.

Inspiring my day

Inspiring me today are the installations of Sarah Moli Newton Applebaum (seen above) and the knitting talents of Kgirl. Many thanks for your personal knitting tuition, Kylie. I really couldn't have got my head around it without your clear headed help... now of course I have to get my fingers around it.
